Terms of Use

Your account

You need an account to save progress, comment, or buy coins. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

You must give an accurate date of birth. It determines which stories you can see.

Stories and content ratings

Every story carries a rating: All ages, 13+, 16+ or 18+. Readers under 13 see All ages stories only. Readers aged 13 to 17 see stories rated up to 13+. Readers 18 and over can see everything.

Coins and Premium

Coins unlock paid chapters. Purchased coins do not expire and are non-refundable except where the law requires. Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription billed through Google Play and renews until you cancel it there.

Coins included with Premium are credited each billing period and expire if your subscription ends.

Comments and conduct

Be kind. Do not post spoilers without warning, harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or personal information about others. We may remove comments and suspend accounts that break the Community Guidelines.

Intellectual property

Stories belong to their authors. You may read them in the app for personal use. Copying, redistributing, or training models on Moonlit content is not permitted.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. You can delete your account at any time from Profile › Settings.
